Hi, I'm Emily Gussin, a freelance recipe developer, food writer, stylist, editor and chef. I have 10 years of experience creating content for industry-leading food media, including many years in-house at delicious. and Waitrose Food magazine. As a trained chef with a background in baking, my cookery expertise ranges from quick and easy weeknight meals to showstopper desserts. I am adept at working on a broad range of content, from long-read features to social video.
My style is seasonal, veg-forward cooking with a low waste angle. I'm the author of two cookbooks that reduce waste in home kitchens.
