The newsletter is aimed at conscious cooks. For everyone who wishes to cut down on waste, cook with the rhythms of the seasons and make better environmental choices in the kitchen, but most importantly anyone who loves food. I share exclusive recipes, tips and hacks to make delicious food that just happens to have ethical considerations too.


Editorial
I am available for freelance editorial work, including feature, recipe and cookbook editing, and proofreading. I can cover food desks in-house or take on contract editing projects.
Having worked in-house at magazine brands for over 10 years, I have worked with a broad range of journalists, chefs and food writers, commissioning, testing and editing food articles and recipes.
