I'm available to write articles about food and cooking. In particular, I write stories about sustainably produced ingredients, eco-conscious chefs and restaurants, and ways to reduce waste in home kitchens. During my time at delicious. magazine, I was Sustianability Editor, writing, commissioning and editing many features on this topic.

Newsletter
I write a newsletter on substack: Every Bite.
The newsletter is aimed at conscious cooks. For everyone who wishes to cut down on waste, cook with the rhythms of the seasons and make better environmental choices in the kitchen, but most importantly anyone who loves food. I share exclusive recipes, tips and hacks to make delicious food that just happens to be making ethical considerations too.


Editorial
Having worked in-house at magazine brands for 10 years, I have extensive editorial experience. I have worked with journalists, commissioning and editing articles, as well as chefs and food writers, testing and editing their recipes. I am available for freelance editorial work, including feature, recipe and cookbook editing, ghost writing and proofreading.
