RECIPE WRITING

I share my passion for food in an accessible yet inspiring way, offering reliable recipes that people want to (and do) cook. I love to work with seasonal, colourful, local produce. My cooking style is veg-forward and low waste. I'm a cookbook author and I have developed hundreds of recipes for editorial and commercial brands including, delicious., Waitrose, Sainsbury's Magazine, Tesco Magazine, Wylde Market, Borough Market, Abel & Cole, Sacla and Camp Coffee.
I was a finalist in the Cookery Writer category of the Guild of Food Writers Awards 2026.
